Command Center

The Command Center is the screen you land on after signing in. It answers one question — what needs your attention today — by pulling your businesses, deadlines, alerts, and customer health into a single view. This page covers the home screen itself, the Custom Dashboard you can build alongside it, adding another business, and where to reach support.

Read the home screen

Open Dashboard from the sidebar. The header reads Command Center with the subtitle "Your businesses at a glance", and everything below it is scoped to the business you have selected.

  1. Pick a period with the time-range selector in the header: This Week, This Month, or This Quarter. The metric tiles and the By Business table follow your choice.
  2. Scan the metric tiles. Depending on what your workspace has data for, these include Businesses, Urgent Items, Avg Health, Open Alerts, Customers at Risk, and Critical Customers.
  3. Work the Recommended Actions list. Each row explains why it surfaced and carries its own button — Review, View Deadlines, Add Business, Connect, Enrich, or View. Use Dismiss to clear one you do not intend to act on. When the list is empty it reads "All caught up! Check back tomorrow."
  4. Check Your Businesses for per-business health, and open By Business for the breakdown by Customers, At Risk, Avg Health, Revenue MTD, and Churned.
  5. Use View Deadlines in the header to jump to your alerts, or the Quick Actions button for shortcuts to customers, health scores, alerts, documents, integrations, and search.

Other cards appear only when they apply: Complete your setup while onboarding is unfinished, Today's habits once you have habits defined, Morning brief on plans that include it, and Stage verification, which shows your machine-verified lifecycle stage and notes that "Advancement is gated on machine-checked signals."

When you finish onboarding, SaaSy sends you back to the guided-journey section of the dashboard (the /dashboard#guided-journey anchor on this same page). It continues the setup path into operations, launch, and scale, and hides itself once there is nothing left to show.

Build a Custom Dashboard

Custom Dashboard is a separate page where you arrange your own set of cards. The page describes itself: "Build your own dashboard. Click Add Widget to choose what to show, drag any card to rearrange, and hover a card to remove it. Click Save Layout to keep your changes."

  1. Click Add Widget and choose from the picker. Available widgets are Health Summary, Pipeline Chart, Recent Deals, At-Risk Customers, Tasks Due, Lead Funnel, Revenue Snapshot, and Activity Feed.
  2. Drag any card to reorder the grid.
  3. Hover a card to reveal its remove control.
  4. Click Save Layout. Your layout is stored per user, so teammates keep their own.
  5. Reset to Default restores the starting set of widgets.

Add another business

Multiple businesses require the Growth plan or above. On Starter you manage a single business.

  1. Click Add Business on the Command Center, or Add Your First Business if you have none yet.
  2. On Add a Business, fill in Business Name — it is the only required field, and you can edit everything else later.
  3. Optionally set Entity Structure, Industry, Country, and State or Province.
  4. To nest this business under an existing one, choose it under Parent Company. Leave it as "None — top-level business" otherwise.
  5. Click Create Business.

If you are at your plan's limit, the page tells you how many businesses your plan allows and which plan to upgrade to. Your existing businesses are not changed by adding a new one.
