SaaSy is a customer-success platform for digital agencies and SaaS businesses. It gives you a real-time view of every customer's health, predicts churn before it happens, and fires proactive alerts so your team can act — not react.

- See health at a glance. Each customer gets a scored across five dimensions: Usage, Adoption, Support, Financial, and Relationship. Scores update continuously as new data arrives.
- Predict churn early. The churn-prediction engine weighs behavioral signals, engagement trends, contract data, and NPS to produce a probability score with a matching risk level (Low / Medium / High / Critical).
- Get proactive alerts. Seven built-in alert types — from
RenewalRisktoExpansionOpportunity— fire when thresholds are crossed, so your team always knows who needs attention. - Connect your data sources. Stripe, HubSpot, Salesforce, Jira, Mailchimp, SendGrid, Google Ads, and Meta Ads all connect via OAuth or API key with no code required.
