CRM
CRM is where you keep track of the people and organizations you do business with, and the work in front of you for each one. If you need to know who you spoke to last week, which deals are close to closing, what a customer's history looks like, or what you owe someone by Friday, this is the module you live in. It is used by anyone with a book of business — salespeople, account managers, owners, and the people scheduling the work that follows a signed deal.

Getting started
- Open CRM in the sidebar. If you are starting from nothing, the page offers Import Customers and Connect CRM — use whichever fits.
- Add your organizations first. Go to Companies and select Add Company, or import them.
- Add the people. On Contacts, select Add Contact and link each person to their company.
- Set up your stages before you create deals. Go to Pipeline Stages. If the list is empty, choose Reset to defaults to start from the standard five — Discovery, Proposal, Negotiation, Closed Won, Closed Lost — then rename or reorder them.
- Create your first deal from Deals with Add Deal, giving it a value, a stage, and a close date.
Working your pipeline
The Deal Pipeline page shows one column per stage, with the total and weighted value at the top of each.
- Open Deal Pipeline.
- Drag a deal card from one column to another to move it to that stage.
- To add a deal without leaving the board, select New Deal, then fill in Deal Name, Value, and Close Date and pick a stage.
- To change what the columns are, select Configure Stages — this takes you to Pipeline Stages.
Deals not linked to a current stage are grouped separately; open each one to assign it. On the Deals list you can also select several deals and use Change stage... to move them together.
Tracking follow-ups
- Go to Tasks. The counters at the top show Open, Overdue, and Completed.
- Select Add Task and attach it to the contact, company, or deal it belongs to.
- Click a task's status to cycle it, or double-click its title to edit in place.
- Select Board in the page header for a column view of the same tasks.
- To see tasks alongside meetings, calls, deal close dates, and quote expiries, open Calendar and use Filters to narrow what appears.
To let people book time with you directly, use Scheduling Links. Select Create Link, set the Title, Slug (URL path), Duration, and your Working Hours, then use Copy public link to share it.
Cleaning up duplicate records
- Open Duplicate Detection. It scans contacts, companies, and leads and groups likely matches, telling you whether it matched on name, email, or domain.
- For a pair you want to combine, select Merge these contacts, Merge these companies, or Merge these leads.
- On the merge screen, pick the record to Keep this contact (target) and the one to Merge and delete this contact (source), then select Merge.
Merging reassigns the source record's links rather than dropping them — deals, contacts, child companies, notes, and tasks all move to the surviving record. Every change lands in Audit Trail, which you can filter by entity type and date range and export with Export CSV.
Availability
CRM is enabled by default in every vertical pack — agency, professional services, e-commerce, SaaS, construction, manufacturing, nonprofit, and general. There is no entitlement gating on this module, so it is available on every plan. If CRM is missing from your sidebar, someone has hidden it in your navigation settings rather than your plan excluding it. See Modules, packs, and plans for how to switch it back on.
