Branding and Domains
Make SaaSy look and sound like your business. These settings pages control the logo and colors that appear on emails and branded pages, the domain your business runs on, the email address customers reply to, the wording of automated notifications, how uploaded documents are filed, and how documents go out for signature.
Set your logo, colors, and legal links
Settings → Branding covers your workspace logo, favicon, brand colors, and legal links. They are used in emails, branded pages, and your customer portal.
- Under Identity, paste a public Logo URL and Favicon URL. Each field shows a preview once the URL loads.
- Under Theme, pick a Primary color and Secondary color. The Preview block shows the pair together.
- Under Legal, add your Terms of Service URL and Privacy Policy URL.
- Select Save.
Buy a domain
Settings → Domains checks availability across top-level domains and registers a domain through the platform.
- Type the name you want (for example,
your-company) and select Check. - Each result shows the domain, an available or taken badge, and a price where the provider returns one.
- Select Buy next to an available domain.
Registrations appear under Your domains with their current status. If a purchase has to be finished at the registrar, the row shows a Complete purchase link that opens it.
Forward a branded email address
Settings → Branded email forwards an address on your domain — for example
founder@yourcompany.com — to an inbox you already use. SaaSy sets this up through Cloudflare Email
Routing. You can also reach it from the Set up branded email link on the domains page.
- Enter the part before the
@(such asfounder) and the Domain. - In forwards to, enter the Destination inbox that should receive the mail.
- Select Create forward.
New forwards are listed under Your forwards. A forward marked awaiting verification is waiting on you: open the destination inbox and click the Cloudflare verification link. Once that is done the badge changes to active. If a forward shows finish in Cloudflare, use the Open Cloudflare link on the row to complete it.
Write your notification templates
Settings → Notification templates holds reusable subject and body templates for messages the platform sends.
- Select New Template and give it a name, an optional description, and a subject.
- Write the Text body, and an HTML body if you want one. Both support variables.
- Under Variables, use Add variable to declare each variable's name, description, default, and whether it is required.
- Choose the Channels the template can be sent through, set Status to Active, and select Create.
Each saved template offers Preview to see it rendered, Send test to deliver one to a recipient with sample variables, Edit, and Delete.
Control document filing and signatures
Settings → Documents has one switch: Auto-file documents into per-entity folders. When it is on, uploading a document to a company, contact, deal, project, invoice, or field-service job files it into a folder named for that record in the Documents browser. Turn it off to keep a flat document library.
Settings → E-Signature is where you choose how documents go out for signature. Under Signing provider, pick Native (SaaSy) or DocuSign, then save. Native signing works without extra setup; DocuSign requires the DocuSign integration to be connected under Integrations.
To send something, use Send for signature: enter the CRM document ID and a Title, add each signer's name, email, and order with Add signer, then select Send for signature. Sent documents appear under Signature requests with their signers and event history. See E-Signature for the wider module.
