Agency

If you run SaaSy on behalf of other businesses, you end up with one workspace per client and no single place to see across them. The Agency module fixes that. You group your client workspaces under one agency organization, see a combined roll-up of their deals and subscriptions, record a white-label domain for each one, and manage which of your colleagues can see the whole book.

What's included

PageWhat it's for
Agency ConsoleManage all your client workspaces from one place — the organization, the roll-up, the client list, and your agency team

The console is a single page with three sections: Roll-up, Client workspaces, and Team.

Getting started

  1. Open Agency Console. If you don't have an organization yet, you'll see Create your agency organization.
  2. Enter an Organization name and select Create.
  3. In Client workspaces, add your first client by its Tenant ID and an optional Label, then select Add client.
  4. Select Check access on the client to confirm you're allowed into that workspace.
  5. Repeat for each client, then use Roll-up to see them side by side.

Add and manage client workspaces

Clients are linked by tenant ID rather than by invitation, so you'll need the ID of each workspace you're taking on.

  1. In Client workspaces, paste the client's Tenant ID. It is a UUID.
  2. Add a Label (optional) — the client's name — so the list stays readable.
  3. Select Add client.
  4. To confirm your access, select Check access. The row then shows either Switch to client or No access.
  5. To unlink a workspace, select Remove. This detaches it from your organization.

Check access tells you whether your account is permitted into that workspace — it is an indicator, not a doorway. Linking a workspace to your agency organization does not by itself grant you entry to it. To actually work inside a client's workspace, your user account needs its own membership of that workspace, and you choose the workspace when you sign in rather than from this console.

If you haven't linked anything yet, the section reads No client workspaces yet. Add one above by its tenant ID.

Set a white-label domain per client

Each linked client has a White-label domain field, where you record the hostname you want associated with that client.

  1. Find the client in Client workspaces and select Edit.
  2. Enter the domain — for example, a subdomain you control such as clients.example.com.
  3. Select Save, or Cancel to discard.

The domain you enter appears in the White-label domain column for that client. Recording it here stores the setting against the client; it does not by itself configure DNS. If your organization has white-labelling switched on, the console shows a White-label enabled indicator. Contact support if you need help completing the setup.

Read the roll-up

Roll-up aggregates across every client workspace linked to your organization, so you can see the whole book of business without opening each one.

The summary shows four figures:

FigureWhat it counts
ClientsLinked client workspaces
DealsDeals recorded across all clients
Deal valueCombined value of those deals
Active subscriptionsActive subscriptions across all clients

Below the summary, a per-client table breaks the same figures down by Client, Deals, Deal value, and Active subs. If nothing has been aggregated yet, you'll see No roll-up data yet.

Manage your agency team

Team controls who at your agency can see the organization — its clients, roll-up, and team list.

  1. In Team, enter the person's User ID.
  2. Choose their Role — Owner, Admin, or Member.
  3. Select Add member.

Access is organization-scoped. Someone who isn't a member sees You don't have access to this organization rather than the console, and will need an owner or admin to add them. Note that adding someone to your agency organization is separate from granting them access inside an individual client workspace.

Availability

The Agency module is enabled by default in the agency and general packs only. Every other pack — professional services, e-commerce, SaaS, construction, manufacturing, and nonprofit — hides it by default, on the assumption that those businesses aren't reselling SaaSy to clients of their own.

There is no entitlement gating on this module. If you do manage client workspaces but your pack hides the console, switch it on yourself under Settings → Navigation — no plan change is required. See Why can't I see a feature?.
